Since the employer decided to make a luxury project in the Tavanir area especially important and valuable, the first and main idea of facade forming of the building was accepted when the designer concluded that the creation of architectural works for building fracture need elements for connecting different frontiers of building. This idea is based on the design of 3 clusters that connect chamfered part of the building to another facade. These administrative elements are assembled in facades and voids and make special coordination in the turret of building rhythm.

Design glass and metal fences by special connections into the building at floors 5 and 6 as well as facade connection as aesthetic factors are one of the other important points of a Facade of the building.
